• Call Whisper

    Our Call Whisper service plays a short message to the person answering the call before the caller is connected. This is useful for identifying which number has been called. For example “Nottingham Yellow Pages Advert” or “ABC Tyres Sales”. The message is only played to the person who answers the call and not to the caller. The Call Whisper service is available for an additional £3.00 per month per number.

  • Fax to email

    Fax to email numbers allow you to receive faxes directly to your email address as email attachments! It's an easy and confidential way of receiving, storing and forwarding important fax documents, as faxes no longer sit on a shared fax machine. Incoming faxes are immediately notified to you by email. Filing of faxes and record keeping for audit purposes becomes much simpler.

  • Hunt groups

    Our hunt group service allows you to divert to more than one telephone number. For example when a caller dials your number provided by us the number can be setup to try your landline number first then to try your mobile if you don't answer the call or are engaged. There's no limit to the number of telephone numbers we can add to a hunt group.

  • Voicemail

    Our voicemail service is based on our IVR (Intelligent Voice Recognition) platform and requires no hardware at your office. When the caller dials your number they are diverted to the voicemail when your line is engaged or not answered. The voicemail greeting can be changed at any time by calling your access number and entering your pin number. Messages are sent via email as a sound file. Alternatively, dial-in retrival can be used.
